Once used as a place of blood sacrifice, it has now taken on a purpose even more macabre: a spawning ground for Dragonspiders, creatures whose eggs are fed a rancid concoction of bone, flesh and blood to transform them from regular arachnids into something more. Xarinath, a Daughter of Irinax, calls this particular sanctum her home, and within it, Xaniri is her charge.\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003eWhilst there are many sanctums like this one scattered through Lo Fuin’s Underworld, this one is being used to pull the current strings within Hirika.
