SHIPPING

  • Most of our items are shipped via Australia Post with a flat $12.50 rate.
  • Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing provided items are instock and not made to order items (3D prints)
  • We also offer express shipping via Australia Post at a flat $15 rate.
  • Orders over 5kg are sent by courier and may incur additional fees. This includes our gaming mats due to their size  Customers will be contacted if this is the case.
  • We also offer Local Pickup from our store in Wallsend NSW
  • We can split orders if you are still waiting for Pre-Order or Back-Order items. However this will incur an additional postage fee as it is additional shipping.

Back-Order Items

  • Back-Order items are currently out of stock at our store. However we can order them for you from the GamesWorkshop warehouse and we will ship it as soon as it arrives. However we cannot guarantee that  GamesWorkshop's warehouse will have your item in stock or when it will come into stock with them.
  • If the item is not in stock at the warehouse after 14 days we will try to contact you in regards to your order; and whether you would rather wait till it is in stock, receive equivalent store credit or a refund.
  • Our weekly order is done on Monday evening before 6:00pm AEST and stock usually arrives the following Thursday-Friday

 RETURNS

  • Returns of damaged and wrong orders must be performed within 14 working days of order delivery (tracking must be provided) and will be at the buyers expense. We also require proof of purchase.
  • Wrong orders returns must be returned unopened and in a fit for retail state to be eligible for a refund of item purchased or replacement.
  • We can help you contact GamesWorkshop if your order is missing pieces like bases etc

REFUNDS

  • Change of mind refunds: We are not obligated to provide refunds or  replacements should a customer change their mind after a purchase has been made. Any change of mind refunds we do approve will not be in cash but instead via Store Credit. These will be considered after the items have been returned to us at the customers own expense and again only provided in the case that the items are unopened and in a fit for retail sale condition.
  • Back-Order Refunds: We can provide refunds for Back-Order items that are unable to be fulfilled by our warehouse orders just contact us via email with your name and order.
