Refund policy
RETURNS
- Returns of damaged and wrong orders must be performed within 14 working days of order delivery (tracking must be provided) and will be at the buyers expense. We also require proof of purchase.
- Wrong orders returns must be returned unopened and in a fit for retail state to be eligible for a refund of item purchased or replacement.
- We can help you contact GamesWorkshop if your order is missing pieces like bases etc
REFUNDS
- Change of mind refunds: We are not obligated to provide refunds or replacements should a customer change their mind after a purchase has been received. Any change of mind refunds we do approve will not be in cash but instead via Store Credit. These will be considered after the items have been returned to us at the customers own expense and again only provided in the case that the items are unopened and in a fit for retail sale condition.
- Place Order Refunds: We can provide refunds for place-order items that are unable to be fulfilled by our warehouse orders just contact us via email with your name and order.
