Gith Engineer - Arul

Contains:

Arul hated everyone from the beginning. While her kin trained for conquest and astral raids, she cared only for machines – dismantling siege engines, reworking psionic amplifiers, and asking questions no one had patience for. She was sharp, insufferably blunt, and impossible to command. Superiors called her gifted. Usually, right before threatening to execute her.
Her genius for engineering kept her alive. She could repair a shattered war machine, rig a portal core from scraps, or turn common tools into weapons. But years of being treated as little more than a tool herself left her temper frayed and her trust nonexistent.
Unfortunately for her, people keep needing her. And Arul despises being needed most of all.
